Using Personal Stories For Your Life Coaching Blog And Website

Education & Development Blog

As a life coach with a new business, you might be looking for ways to make your company's blog and website more relatable to prospective clients. Purchasing personal stories on the internet can be an effective tactic for heightening interest and showcasing your abilities. Use the stories of others to help build your business by heeding the following pointers.

Think of Your Target Market

Before you purchase stories to put on your blog and site, it's vital that you take a few days to think about the target market of your life coaching business. Because your business might be small today, it's tempting to think that you can take on any client that comes along. However, focusing on one type of client, at first, will help you because you can better address them and speak to their concerns.

For instance, if you choose to focus on young mothers returning to the workforce, you can purchase personal stories that address situations that they might encounter. Because they can relate to the stories, they will be more likely to pay attention and respond than if the personal stories were about the lives of single elderly men. Choosing stories that are relevant to the people you hope to help with life coaching can be a great way to engage them.

Add Some Commentary

When you post personal stories on your site about people who have turned their lives around, you may want to interject some commentary of your own to showcase your skills. You can use the stories you bought as case studies and discuss what you might have done differently or point out the good ideas or actions of the people who shared the story. By doing this, prospective clients can better understand what kind of role you would take in their lives and have a better idea of how you can help them with their own challenges.

Get Feedback

When you start using stories in your blog and on your website, it's important to talk with your readers and site visitors about whether those stories are resonating with them. You might ask them to email you if the story is one they enjoy so that you can find more stories like that, for example. You can also use an email survey with a few questions about what they like or want to see more of.

Using the information detailed above can allow you to purchase and use the personal stories of others to improve your life coaching blog and website. Talk with others in your field about more ways you can build readership and engagement.

Every Child Has Unlimited Academic Potential

I have been a volunteer tutor for over a decade now, and the only thing I dislike about it is the fact that I simply don't have the ability to help every child in the nation who is struggling in the classroom! During my time tutoring and working with many children, I have learned a lot about why children struggle in class and how to overcome those struggles. To help children and parents who I cannot tutor in person, I decided to create a blog to share my tips with parents whose children are not excelling in school. I first want to debunk the myth that the grades a children receives in class are solely dependent on their IQs. Every child truly has unlimited academic potential!
